It's the magnificent and perfect location, close to the beach. Brand-new rooms come with big good beds and nice view and balcony. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Very efficient service, I loved savoury food.
The location was best possible and top, to the bus stop where a free shuttle can take you directly to Piran's main square, in the very nice area. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and patient. I was offered a room with overwhelming views over the bay of Piran.

Rooms in very poor condition, very small and totally indulged with. The moisture stains on walls. The bed had a very soft Mattress, so you are always tipped at the bottom. In the The bathroom was clogged drain! The room was not the same as in Booked.net offers ...!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was well furnished and brand-new and complete with a superb view, comfortable beds, toiletries. The personal was extremely helpful.

Everything was amazing, including generous and very very good breakfast with fascinant view. Magnificent central location just next door to center of Portirož in a 10 minutes by foot walk, buatiful for active, and the bay, as well as nearby romantic Piran. Furthermore, directly by the beach.

Wonderful hotel, breakfast was exceptional, perfect location on sea. The room was well-equipped and brand-new with a large bathroom. Location: the venue was right by restaurant and Portorose from distant slovenian villages and the center of Portorož. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from Modra Kava, ate there couple of times...

Polite and helpful personnel, especially the boy at reception. Good structure with terrace and bar offering a panoramic view. Excellent seafront location with direct access to pedestrian street. Food is fresh and diverse. Clean and well-maintained room and bathroom.
